The Korean address on your STS profile is defaulted to the sea cargo K-warehouse only. To receive the air cargo address, please message us on Facebook (m.me/stslogistics) or email us at support@stslogistics.co for further assistance.
🛳️ Sea Cargo
All packages that have been delivered to KR warehouse will be consolidated for the batch ship out. Ship out is once a week, other weeks could have 2 batch ship out depending on the load.
- Ship out is every week (usually Wednesdays) by batch
- ETA 2-3 weeks to PH warehouse
(Normally 2 weeks for regular season. Peak season will take 3 weeks.)
How will I know my batch shipment?
- Log in on the STS website
- View your “Declared” dashboard
- Click the package “Batch Code”. A shipping status will appear on top
If you have the package number, you may also track your package on the website.

✈️ Air Cargo
STS air cargo ships out any day, except weekends & holidays. Consolidation request is not possible. If you have multiple packages to be shipped together, make sure to have it delivered at the same time to our warehouse as packages will be shipped right away when there is an available cargo flight schedule.

How to track air cargo package?
Cargo will be loaded based on the availability of plane storage space. You may estimate manually by giving it an ETA of 1-4 days, from the KR warehouse to PH warehouse.
Declaring your Air Package on STS website is required, as all packages need to be declared for the processing, tracing, and releasing to the owner.
